SBI Cards appoints Krishna Kant Bishnoi as Chief Risk Officer effective July 14, 2025, following Shantanu Srivastava's resignation.

Bishnoi succeeds Shantanu Srivastava as CRO, bringing over 31 years of SBI experience
Mr. Krishna Kant Bishnoi has been appointed as Chief Risk Officer of the SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited, w.e.f. July 14, 2025, based on the recommendation of the
Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee. Consequently, Mr. Shantanu Srivastava, Chief Risk Officer of the Company who had resigned from the services of the Company on July 9, 2025 shall cease to be the Chief Risk Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 14, 2025, the exchange filing stated.
Mr. Krishna Kant Bishnoi is Deputy General Manager in State Bank of India (SBI). He comes with a vast experience of 31 years in the Banking sector across Credit Risk Management, Retail, SME & Corporate Credit, Banking Operations, Asset & Liability Management, International Banking, Liquidity and Treasury Management.

He was heading of Business and Operation of SBI in Kumaon (Uttarakhand) before joining SBI Card. He has also worked as DGM, Credit Risk Management at SBI Corporate Centre, Regional Manager in Mumbai, SVP in Foreign office at Tel Aviv and various other assignments. He is a designated Financial Risk Manager (FRM) awarded by the Global
Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). His qualifications include MBA (Banking & Finance), ACAMS, Diploma in Treasury and Risk Management, CAIIB and PGDFA from IIB.
He has also passed Level II of the CFA program and possesses various certifications in Risk, KYC, Banking and Finance.
