ACME Solar allots 7.24 lakh equity shares to employee welfare trust under ESOP 2024
New Delhi, June 18, 2026: ACME Solar Holdings Ltd has allotted 7,23,642 equity shares of face value ₹2 each to the ACME Employees Welfare Trust under the company's Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) 2024.
The allotment was approved by the Operational Committee of the Board of Directors through a circular resolution passed on June 18, according to an exchange filing by the company.
Paid-up capital rises
Following the allotment, ACME Solar's paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹141.37 crore, comprising 70,68,74,336 equity shares of face value ₹2 each.
The company said the shares allotted to the trust will be transferred to eligible employees upon exercise of stock options under the scheme.
Shares to rank pari passu
According to the filing, the newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares in all respects.
The shares were allotted at an exercise price of ₹2 per share, resulting in a total issue amount of ₹14.47 lakh.
ESOP scheme details
The allotment was made under the ACME Employee Stock Option Plan 2024. The company had filed the requisite statement with the National Stock Exchange and BSE in September 2025.
