SECL Organises 'Yoga Chit Challenge' Ahead of International Yoga Day 2026
New Delhi: As part of SECL Yoga Mahotsav 2026, being organized in the run-up to the International Day of Yoga 2026, a unique and engaging activity titled “Yoga Chit Challenge” was conducted with great enthusiasm and participation at SECL Headquarters, Bilaspur on 18 June 2026.
Aligned with this year’s International Day of Yoga theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” the innovative event witnessed enthusiastic participation from officers and employees, particularly women employees. During the activity, participants picked chits from a Yoga Chit Box and successfully performed various yoga postures, pranayama techniques, and yoga-related challenges mentioned on them.
The programme was conducted by Mr. Pritpal Singh Gumber, Yoga Instructor from the Art of Living, who guided participants through different yoga postures and breathing exercises. He highlighted the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of regular yoga practice and encouraged everyone to incorporate yoga into their daily routine as a means of achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Throughout the event, participants displayed remarkable energy, enthusiasm, and a healthy competitive spirit while reaffirming their commitment to making yoga an integral part of their lives. The objective of the activity was to promote health awareness among employees, foster positivity in the workplace, and encourage the adoption of a balanced and healthy lifestyle through yoga.
At the conclusion of the programme, participants were presented with attractive goodies as a token of appreciation and encouragement.
Under SECL Yoga Mahotsav 2026, a series of yoga-based activities are being organized leading up to the International Day of Yoga. These initiatives aim to enhance awareness about yoga among employees and their family members while spreading the message of healthy living and holistic well-being.
