Adani Green Energy Incorporates Two New Step-Down Subsidiaries: Urjasetu Renewables & Hydrobloom Power

New Delhi: Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), one of India’s leading renewable energy companies, has announced the incorporation of two new step-down subsidiaries through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L). The two newly created entities—Urjasetu Renewables Limited (URL) and Hydrobloom Power Limited (HPL)—were officially incorporated on December 02, 2025, as per filings submitted to BSE and NSE.

According to the regulatory disclosure, both URL and HPL have been established with an authorised capital of ₹1,00,000 and a paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000 each. As the companies are newly incorporated, they have not yet commenced business operations.

AGEL confirmed that these new subsidiaries fall fully under the ownership of AREH11L, which holds 100% share capital in both entities. No related-party transactions are involved in this incorporation.

Both Urjasetu Renewables Limited and Hydrobloom Power Limited will operate in the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on the generation and distribution of power using solar, wind, and other clean energy sources. Their stated objectives include the development, transmission, supply, and sale of renewable power infrastructure.

No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation, and since the subsidiaries are new entities created directly by AREH11L, no acquisition cost or share transfer is applicable.

AGEL stated that the move aligns with its long-term strategy to expand its renewable energy portfolio and strengthen its presence in India’s rapidly growing clean-energy ecosystem. Both companies were incorporated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and are registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.

The company has requested stock exchanges to take the filing on record.
