Mumbai, September 2, 2025: DEE Development Engineers Limited, a leading engineering solutions provider in process piping and critical equipment manufacturing, announced receiving a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth approx. Rs 170 crore from a prominent Indian Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) in the power sector.

The order entails the supply of nearly 1,900 MT of critical piping for two major power projects, underscoring DEE’s strong credentials and expertise in executing large-scale, complex assignments. The projects are scheduled to be executed within a timeframe ranging from 9 to 15 months, depending on the specific unit requirements.

This development comes on the back of DEE delivering a strong performance in Q1 FY26, with total income reaching Rs 227.9 crore, up 21.1% year-on-year, and profit after tax surging 314.3% YoY to Rs 13.2 crore. The company continues to expand its manufacturing footprint and leverage smart manufacturing practices to meet the rising demand for energy infrastructure in India and abroad.
