New Delhi: Shri Atul Bhatt, CMD, RINL-VSP released the brochure of the National Conference of Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), going to be held for two days on 7th & 8th January, 2022 in association with RINL-VSP at RINL-VSP, Visakhapatnam. The theme of the conference is “Beyond the Pandemic - The Way forward for HR – The Road to Digital Transformation of HR”.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Atul Bhatt, CMD applauded the efforts of the organizing team and appreciated the fact that the conference is going to provide an excellent opportunity to PSEs, Government organizations, NGOs, MNCs, Industries, MSMEs and academic Institutions from India and abroad to showcase their best practices in HR and exchange knowledge with others on the future of HR in Industrial Revolution (IR) 4.0 scenario.
