BEL Academy for Excellence accredited with 3 star
New Delhi, May 27, 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited Academy for Excellence (BAE) has been accredited as “Very Good (3 star)” by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC)’s National Standards for Civil Service training institutions. The accreditation puts BAE on par with other Civil Service training institutions of India.
The assessment was conducted across eight pillars of the Excellence model. Each pillar carried a certain weightage, and based on the marks obtained, the accreditation was conferred on BAE.

The onsite assessment team, led by Mr H S Ashokanand, IAS (Retd), evaluated the BAE training process and based on the marks obtained in eight pillars, accredited it as “Very Good”. The certificate is valid for two years.
The CBC is an independent body in the institutional framework of “Mission Karmayogi”. It focuses on driving standards across the learning and development landscape of public sector training in India.
