BEML Land Assets Limited Extends Tenure of Non-Executive Director Shri Anil Jerath

Bengaluru, 16 February 2026: BEML Land Assets Limited (BLAL), a Schedule ‘C’ Company under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has announced the re-appointment and extension of tenure of Shri Anil Jerath (DIN: 09543904) as Non-Executive Director on its Board.

The President of India, through the Ministry of Defence, has extended Shri Jerath’s tenure from 1 February 2026 to 31 August 2026, coinciding with his superannuation as Director (Finance) of BEML Limited.

Profile of Shri Anil Jerath

Shri Anil Jerath, appointed as Non-Executive Director on 1 February 2024, is a Cost & Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He brings over 35 years of experience across government, public, and private sectors, with expertise in:

Financial management, accounts finalisation, and audit
Tax planning and management
Project financial viability assessment and forecasting
Working capital management, internal controls, and target costing

Prior to joining BEML, Shri Jerath served as Additional Director at Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board (CSEB), Raipur, and at Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO), Korba.

He currently holds the position of Director (Finance) at BEML Limited and has no inter-se relationships with other Directors on the Board of BLAL.
