BEML Board of Directors in its 413th meeting held on 06.06.2025, inter-alia, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.20/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each
New Delhi, June 6, 2025: BEML, the Indian public sector undertaking, today announced the final dividend in its board meeting held on June 6th. The company says, "We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its 413th meeting held on 06.06.2025, inter-alia, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.20/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (i.e. 12% of paid up share capital) for the Financial year 2024-25.
