Delivery location: BHEL, SgTPP Stage III, P.O.: Monigram, Dist.: Murshidabad, West Bengal, PIN: 742237.
Bid submission deadline: January 17, 2026, by 17:00 hrs.
Tender opening: January 17, 2026, at 17:30 hrs.
Bid format: Two-part submission – Techno-Commercial Bid and Price Bid.
Scope: Supply including packing, forwarding, transportation, loading/unloading, and door delivery at the site.
Payment terms: 100% post-delivery within 30 days of GST-compliant invoice submission.
Delivery schedule: Within 30 days from the date of purchase order.
Liquidated damages: 0.5% per week of delay, capped at 10% of contract value.
