• Executive Retirement: Shri Rajiv Jain, a high-ranking official in the finance cadre, has officially retired from the company.

• Designation: General Manager (Finance).

• Division: Power Sector-Northern Region (PSNR), headquartered in Noida.

• Effective Date: Close of business hours on December 24, 2025.

Corporate Disclosure and Compliance In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BHEL has formally submitted the disclosure to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). Role and Contribution As General Manager (Finance) for the Power Sector-Northern Region, Shri Rajiv Jain oversaw the financial health and project accounting for one of BHEL’s most strategic geographical arms. The Northern Region office in Noida is responsible for the execution and commissioning of massive power projects across several states, making the finance lead a critical role for operational stability and budgetary control.
