BPCL Signs Tripartite Agreement for Change of RTA
BPCL signs a tripartite agreement with its old RTA and new RTA, KFin Technologies, completing the transition as per SEBI Regulation 7.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has announced that it signed a tripartite agreement with its previous Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA), Data Software and Research Co. Pvt. Ltd., and its new RTA, KFin Technologies Limited, on 26 November 2025.
This agreement follows Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. It completes the formal process of moving RTA services from the old provider to the new one.
BPCL previously shared this change through stock exchange notices dated 26 September 2025 and 17 October 2025 under SEBI Regulation 30.
The company has asked the exchanges to record this update.
