New Delhi: Shri N. Franklin Jayakumar, Director (Technical) Operations, conducted a comprehensive visit to Kusmunda Open Cast Project (OCP) to review mining operations and infrastructure development initiatives.
Strategic Review Meeting
During his visit, Shri Jayakumar chaired a detailed review meeting with all Heads of Departments (HODs), focusing on infrastructure development initiatives, key operational challenges, and actionable strategies to ensure timely execution of works. The discussions centered around streamlining operations and addressing bottlenecks to maintain production momentum.
