Hemisphere Properties India Corrects Registered Office Address
New Delhi: Hemisphere Properties India Limited (HPIL), a Government of India enterprise, has informed stock exchanges about a correction in the address of its registered office.
The company clarified that in its earlier intimation dated December 17, 2025, the room number of the registered office was inadvertently mentioned as Room No. 0924 instead of the correct Room No. 0923.
The correct registered office address is:
Room No. 0923, 9th Floor, Sankalp Bhawan, GPOA-II, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi – 110001.
HPIL stated that the change is purely a clerical correction and there is no change in the city or local limits of the registered office.
The intimation was submitted to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India, and the company has requested the exchanges to take the information on record.
