New Delhi: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has informed the stock exchanges about updated contact details of its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) in compliance with Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company stated that changes in KMP have taken place since its earlier disclosure dated June 2, 2025, due to appointments and cessations that were already communicated to the exchanges. Accordingly, the revised list of authorized personnel for determining materiality of events and making statutory disclosures has now been submitted.
