Jaipur, June 11, 2026: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has launched the 'No Bill No Pay' initiative, becoming the first oil marketing company (OMC) in India to introduce a campaign aimed at strengthening customer rights and enhancing transparency in fuel transactions.

The initiative was formally launched by Shri Amit Garg, Director (Marketing), HPCL, in the presence of Shri Manish Tandon, Zonal Head, Jaipur Zone, and members of the Jaipur Retail Region team at M/s HP Centre (COMCO), Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, on June 9.

First-of-Its-Kind Initiative Among OMCs
