Day 1 of the Basin Analysis Conference 2025, organized by the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH) in Mumbai, concluded on a high note.
The cornerstone of the day was the ‘E&P Services: Leadership Roundtable,’ chaired by the Hon’ble Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Shri Hardeep Singh Puri. The roundtable focused on critical deliberations for advancing India’s upstream services and ensuring long-term energy security.

The event was also graced by the presence of Shri Pankaj Jain, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, along with senior officials from MoPNG, ONGC, OIL, and BP. The conference saw active participation from key representatives of various service provider companies from across the globe.

The day's discussions centered on the E&P services ecosystem, concluding with a group photograph of the distinguished guests.
The conference continues tomorrow with technical sessions followed by Q&A on key basin analogues, including Krishna-Godavari (KG), Mahanadi, Andaman Basin (AB) and the Bay of Bengal.
