New Delhi, 7 March 2026: Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) has announced changes in its senior management team to optimize internal workflows and enhance operational efficiency. The updates involve redistribution of responsibilities and reassignment among existing officers, effective 6 March 2026, in line with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015.

Details of Management Changes

  1. Mr. Naveen Dixit – Formerly GGM, Mobile Catering Services, has been posted as GGM, IT Projects. This reassignment aims to leverage his experience in overseeing technology-driven initiatives within IRCTC.

  2. Ms. Rashmi Gautam – Previously GGM, Static Catering Services, has been re-designated as GGM, Static Catering Services & PR, expanding her responsibilities to include public relations alongside catering operations.

  3. Mr. Anil GuptaGM, HR, has been entrusted with the additional charge of GGM, Mobile Catering Services, while continuing his HR responsibilities and the additional charge of GGM/EZ. This move is aimed at ensuring seamless coordination across multiple operational verticals.

Strategic Significance

The changes reflect IRCTC’s commitment to strengthening operational efficiency, enhancing technology adoption, and improving service delivery in catering and tourism operations. By assigning additional responsibilities to experienced leaders, IRCTC aims to ensure better integration across departments and support the corporation’s growing scope of digital and customer-facing services.

Suman Kalra, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of IRCTC, confirmed the changes and stated that these internal adjustments are effective immediately and are aimed at aligning responsibilities with the corporation’s strategic objectives.
