MCL hosts Coal India’s 2nd HR/IR Conclave 2025 in Bhubaneswar

The 2nd HR/IR Conclave 2025 of Coal India Limited hosted by Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) commenced today in Bhubaneswar. The two-day event has brought together Directors (HR) and senior HR professionals from across Coal India and its subsidiaries to engage in dialogue on evolving human resource strategies, industrial harmony and workplace transformation. The Conclave was inaugurated virtually by Shri P M Prasad, Chairman, Coal India Limited.
