New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has announced a leadership change at its wholly-owned subsidiary, HSCC (India) Limited. The update follows office orders issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) on February 4, 2026.
As per the orders:

Shri Novman Ahmed, Managing Director of HSCC (India) Limited, has been repatriated to his parent cadre, NBCC (India) Limited, with immediate effect, ending his tenure as Managing Director at HSCC.

Shri Praveer Kumar, Joint Secretary (NUDM), MoHUA, has been assigned the additional charge of Managing Director of HSCC (India) Limited until a permanent appointment is made or until further orders.
NBCC has confirmed that these administrative changes are not indicative of any violation or contravention and do not have a material financial or operational impact on the company. The leadership adjustments are intended to ensure the continuity of operations at HSCC (India) Limited.
