NBCC Hosts Seychelles Vice President, Discusses 139-Acre Island Infrastructure Project
New Delhi, February 23, 2026: NBCC (India) Limited held high-level discussions with a delegation from the Republic of Seychelles led by Vice President Sebastien Pillay at its headquarters in New Delhi.
The meeting focused on potential collaboration for large-scale island infrastructure development in Seychelles.
139-Acre Integrated Development Proposed
During the discussions, NBCC made detailed presentations outlining a proposed development covering approximately 139 acres of island land in Seychelles.
The proposed master plan includes:

The engagement builds upon earlier high-level deliberations between NBCC’s CMD Shri K. P. Mahadevaswamy and the Government of Seychelles during his visit to the island nation in January 2026.
Showcasing Global Execution Capability
The Seychelles delegation was also briefed on NBCC’s international project experience, including the successful execution of the 2,000 Social Housing Project at Hulhumale, Maldives, where Indian skilled workforce and construction materials played a significant role.
Vice President Pillay and the delegation expressed confidence in NBCC’s technical expertise and appreciated the comprehensive presentations made during the meeting.
