NBCC (India) Limited Expands International Presence with Dubai Mainland Branch

January 9, 2026 | Mumbai / Dubai: NBCC (India) Limited has announced the establishment of a new branch office in Dubai Mainland, United Arab Emirates, to strengthen its project management services and international operations.

The Dubai branch, located at Iris Bay, Business Bay (Plot No. 236-0, Land DM No. 346-475, Makani No. 24660 86696), will enable NBCC to serve its clients more efficiently in the Middle East region and manage projects on a global scale.

This strategic expansion is part of NBCC’s broader growth and internationalisation plan, aimed at increasing its footprint beyond India and providing comprehensive project management solutions worldwide.

The development has been formally disclosed to the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE Symbol: NBCC/EQ) and BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 534309) under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
