New Delhi, 19 March 2026: NBCC (India) Limited has recently been awarded multiple work orders worth a total of ₹319.78 crore in the ordinary course of business. These contracts highlight NBCC’s continued role as a key player in executing infrastructure and project management consultancy services across India.

Executive Housing Complex for Oil India Limited, Assam
- Client: Oil India Limited
- Project Value: ₹227.99 crore (excluding GST)
- Scope: Construction of an Executive Housing Complex in the DX Area at Duliajan, Assam, on a turnkey basis.
- Nature: Project Management Consultancy
Major Bridges in Meghalaya along Indo-Bangladesh Border
- Client: Ministry of Home Affairs
- Project Value: ₹83.76 crore (excluding GST)
- Scope: Construction of two major bridges — over River Hari (length 423 meters) and River Luva (length 206 meters).
- Nature: Project Management Consultancy
Startup Incubation and Public Policy Spaces, Patna
- Client: Collectorate, Patna
- Project Value: ₹8.03 crore (excluding GST)
- Scope: Dedicated spaces for startup incubation and a centre for public policy at the Chandragupt Institute of Management.
