New Delhi: NHPC completed formalities for takeover of 500 MW Teesta VI HEP on Teesta River by remitting resolution plan consideration of Rs.897.50 Cr. to account of Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Limited for distribution to all creditors as per the Approved Resolution Plan.
