NHPC participated in 8th North East Festival
Guwahati: NHPC Limited participated in the 8th North East Festival being held at Guwahati on 19th and 20th December 2020 wherein three stalls w.r.t. ongoing Livelihood initiative by NHPC in Piggery, Sericulture & Handloom have been placed.
The event has been formally inaugurated by Dr. Jitendra Singh, Hon'ble Minister, DoNER, Govt. of India in the presence of Shri Sarbananda Sonowal, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Assam, Shri Biplab Deb, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tripura, and other distinguished dignitaries.
Hon'ble Chief Minister of Assam, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tripura, and other dignitaries visited NHPC stalls and appreciated the efforts of NHPC, IRMA, and Network Partners. NHPC has sponsored the event at a financial implication of over Rs 10 lakh.
