New Delhi: NHPC restarted the critical Head Race Tunnel works at 500 MW Teesta VI HE Project (Sikkim), overcoming the aftermath of devasting & unprecedented flash flood (glacial lake outburst flood) in the intervening night of 3rd/4th October 2023.
