NLC India Limited Announces Retirement of Two Executive Directors

Neyveli, Tamil Nadu: NLC India Limited, a "Navratna" Government of India Enterprise, announced today that Shri Hariramakrishnan N and Smt. Rani Alli G have stepped down as Executive Directors (Senior Management Personnel) of the company. Their retirement took effect on June 30, 2025, in the afternoon, when they reached the age limit for retirement.

The announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

According to NLC India Limited, both Shri Hariramakrishnan N and Smt. Rani Alli G left their roles as Executive Directors due to retirement. Their final day in office was June 30, 2025. The company also stated that there are no disclosures regarding relationships between directors for either individual.

The notice was signed by Prashant Vinay Kaushik, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer for NLC India Limited. NLC India Limited's registered office is in Chennai, and its corporate office is in Neyveli, Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu.
