NMDC Rolls Out Wage Revision for Non-Executive Employees with Enhanced Benefits

New Delhi: NMDC Limited has implemented a revised wage structure for its non-executive employees, with the benefits applying retrospectively from 1 January 2022.

The updated package includes three major components:

• 100% Dearness Allowance (DA) neutralisation

• 15% Minimum Guaranteed Benefit

• 30% perks under the Cafeteria Approach

These changes are aimed at improving financial security and overall welfare for the non-executive workforce that forms a significant part of NMDC’s operations.
