SECL Congratulates N. Franklin Jayakumar on Becoming CMD of NCL

New Delhi: South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has extended its heartfelt congratulations to Shri N. Franklin Jayakumar, Director (Technical) – Operations, on assuming charge as Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL).

Leadership Transition

Shri N. Franklin Jayakumar has taken over the top leadership position at Northern Coalfields Limited, one of the major subsidiaries of Coal India Limited. Prior to this elevation, he was serving as Director (Technical) – Operations at SECL.
