HPCL Auditors FY 2026-27: Existing Audit Firms to Continue

Mumbai, September 8, 2026: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has informed the stock exchanges that its existing auditors will continue for the financial year 2026-27.

The company received a communication from the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) on September 8, 2026, advising the continuation of the existing auditors under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Auditors to Continue

The existing audit firms associated with HPCL are:

  • S K Patodia & Associates LLP, Mumbai – Statutory Auditor

  • Batliboi & Purohit, Mumbai – Statutory Auditor

  • D V Ramana Rao & Co., Visakhapatnam – Branch Auditor

HPCL made the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

S K Patodia & Associates LLP, established in 1992, has over 30 years of experience in statutory audit, internal audit, taxation, corporate advisory and government consulting.

Batliboi & Purohit, established in 1907, provides audit and assurance, taxation, risk advisory and corporate advisory services, with a team of 15 partners and over 155 technical professionals.

D V Ramana Rao & Co., established in 1956, provides professional services across various sectors, particularly in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and currently has five partners.

The continuation of these firms will maintain HPCL's existing statutory and branch audit arrangements for FY 2026-27.
