NLC Subsidiary Wins 200 MW Wind Power Project from SJVN

New Delhi: NLC India Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, NLC India Renewables Limited (NIRL), has emerged as a successful bidder for a 200 MW wind power project.

NIRL participated in the Request for Selection (RfS) floated by SJVN Limited for selection of Wind Power Developers for supply of 600 MW Wind Power from ISTS-connected Wind Power Projects on a pan-India basis under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding.

The subsidiary has been selected for a contracted capacity of 200 MW and has accordingly received the Letter of Award (LoA) from SJVN Limited.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
