Engineers India Appoints S C V & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27
New Delhi: Engineers India Limited has informed the stock exchanges that the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG) has appointed M/s S C V & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the company for the financial year 2026-27.
The appointment has been made under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, vide CAG’s letter dated 8 September 2026 (received by the company on the same day).
The company stated that it is in the process of completing the necessary formalities. Detailed disclosures as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations will be filed separately.
