IRCON Appoints Vinod Singhal & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors
IRCON International Limited has informed the stock exchanges about the appointment of its Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) has appointed M/s. Vinod Singhal & Co LLP (CR1605) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The appointment was made vide C&AG letter dated 7 September 2026 under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Consent and Scope
M/s. Vinod Singhal & Co LLP has given its consent vide letter dated 8 September 2026 to act as the Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27.
The firm will also audit the Consolidated Financial Statements under Section 139 read with Section 129(4) of the Companies Act, 2013.
