REC Appoints Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27 | C&AG Order
New Delhi / Gurugram, 8 September 2026 — REC Limited has informed the stock exchanges about the appointment of Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has stated that the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG), in exercise of powers conferred under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, vide letter dated 7 September 2026, has appointed the following two firms of Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company:
