RITES Appoints S R Goyal & Co. as Statutory Auditor for 2026-27
New Delhi: RITES Limited has received communication from the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) regarding the appointment of its Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
As per the C&AG letter dated 7 September 2026, M/s S R Goyal & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, has been appointed as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for FY 2026-27.
About the Firm
M/s S R Goyal & Co. is a well-established Chartered Accountancy firm founded in 1981. Headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, the firm has branch offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Gujarat.
It is led by a team of 11 partners with expertise spanning Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Information Systems Audit, Forensic Audit, ASM Audit and Project Evaluations. The firm has significant experience in handling audits of Limited Companies, Public Sector Undertakings, Banks, Statutory Bodies and various Central and State Government Departments.
Notably, M/s S R Goyal & Co. had also served as the Statutory Auditor of RITES for the financial year 2025-26.
The appointment has been disclosed to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
