New Delhi: NTPC Auraiya, a gas-based power plant embracing renewable energy, continues to drive sustainability forward. In a meaningful step toward a greener future, it recently installed rooftop solar panels at an old age home in Auraiya, bringing clean, reliable energy to its residents.
On 1st March, Shri Subhashish Guha, Head of Project, along with Smt Manjari Guha, President of Jagriti Mahila Mandal, committee members, and AGM (HR) Shri Tanmoy Dutta, visited an old age home in Auraiya. Beyond inspecting the installation, they distributed cereals and fruits to 70 elderly residents and joined a cultural program with soulful folk performances.

Many of these residents, abandoned by their families, have found shelter and care at the home. The visit, filled with heartfelt interactions, further supported the residents by purchasing their handcrafted items.
