NTPC Green Energy Appoints Beetal Financial as New RTA, Effective February 2026
Greater Noida / New Delhi, February 4, 2026 – NTPC Green Energy Limited has officially announced a change in its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA). From February 3, 2026, all matters related to the company’s equity shares, including transfers, dividend processing, and other shareholder services, will be handled by Beetal Financial & Computer Services (P) Limited.
The move comes after confirmation from both National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) that the electronic connectivity for share processing has been successfully transferred from the previous RTA, KFin Technologies Limited, to Beetal Financial.
