New Delhi, 30 November: Oil India Limited has announced a senior management change in its latest regulatory update. The company confirmed that Gauranga Borgohain, Executive Director of Engineering Services, will retire after working hours on 30 November 2025.
Borgohain was a senior management member, positioned just below the Board of Directors. His retirement is reported in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
Oil India stated that it has submitted this update to both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE for records and compliance. If there are any further organizational or management arrangements following his retirement, the company will provide that information separately.
