KAPL MD: PESB postponed Selection as board waits for further directions by High Court
As per the statement issued, the selection meeting for the post of MD, KAPL scheduled for 15.03.2025 had been postponed in compliance with the interim order dated 14.03.2025 of the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore in W.P. No. 31598/2024 filed by Shri Shailesh Kumar.
The Public Enterprise and Selection Board held the Board meeting on 29th March 2025 for the Selection of the Managing Director at Karnataka Antibiotics & Pharmaceuticals Limited. However, the Board has postponed the selection for now as one of the applicants, Shri Shailesh Kumar has filed the case in High Court of Karnataka, and an interim order has been declared by the court.

In compliance of the interim order of the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, Shri Shailesh Kumar was also interviewed in the Selection Meeting for the post held on 29.03.2025 and the declaration final recommendation of the Board has been kept in abeyance till further directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore in this regard.
Shri Shailesh Kumar is a General Manager Ayush at Karnataka Antibiotics & Pharmaceuticals Limited.
