POWERGRID Organises First HR Tech Conference 2025 in Gurugram
POWERGRID is organizing its first HR Tech Conference 2025 in Gurugram on Nov 25, gathering 300+ leaders to discuss AI, automation, and digital HR transformation, with SHRM India as Knowledge Partner.
Gurugram: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Power, organised its first-ever HR Tech Conference 2025 in Gurugram on November 25, 2025. The event, held at The Leela Ambience, brought together over 300 HR and business leaders from PSUs and leading private organisations across the country.
The conference aimed to highlight how emerging digital technologies are transforming the HR landscape. Experts discussed the growing role of AI, automation, workforce analytics, and digital platforms in reshaping workplaces, especially in Public Sector Undertakings.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi, Director (Personnel), POWERGRID, said the conference would help HR leaders prepare for the future. “This conference is where technology, talent and transformation meet. It is designed to inspire, challenge and prepare HR leaders for the next leap forward,” he said.

As the country’s central transmission utility, POWERGRID highlighted its own digital transformation journey. The company operates more than 287 substations and 1,81,054 circuit km of transmission lines, achieving a 99.84% transmission availability, demonstrating its leadership in technological innovation in the power sector.
