Navratna PSU RailTel Secures ₹24.54 Cr Order from East Coast Railway for S&T Manpower Outsourcing
New Delhi, March 20, 2026 – RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. , a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise (PSE) under the Ministry of Railways, has announced another major order win. In a regulatory filing on Friday, the company disclosed the receipt of a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from East Coast Railway.
The contract, valued at Rs. 24,53,62,894/- (inclusive of taxes) , is for the outsourcing of manpower for strengthening of Signal & Telecommunications (S&T) maintenance activities in the Khurda Road Division. The contract is to be executed over a period of two years, with completion scheduled by March 18, 2028.

The company issued the intimation with the approval of its Executive Director (ER), noting that the receipt date of the order was March 19, 2026.
