BEML Land Assets Ltd to declare financial results for December-end quarter 2025

New Delhi: BEML Land Assets Ltd, a Schedule ‘C’ Company under Ministry of Defence, Government of India has informed the exchanges that a Board Meeting of the company will be held on Friday, the 23.01.2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2025.

Therefore, the trading window which was closed from 01.01.2026 and would remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of financial results i.e. up to 25.01.2026.

BEML Land Assets Limited is incorporated as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of BEML Limited for the purpose of demerger of Identified Surplus / Non-core Assets as a part of Strategic Disinvestment of BEML initiated by Government of India.

Currently, the shares of BEML Land Assets Ltd are trading higher by 0.88% at Rs 203.23 at BSE
