Bharat Forge Declares Final Dividend FY 2025-26 at 325%
Pune, June 04, 2026: Bharat Forge Limited, one of India’s leading forging and engineering companies, has announced the Record Date for payment of its Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The company will pay a final dividend of Rs. 6.50 per equity share (face value Rs. 2 each, i.e. 325%) subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Record Date and Shareholder Eligibility
Bharat Forge has fixed Friday, July 03, 2026 as the Record Date to determine the shareholders eligible to receive the final dividend. Shareholders holding shares in the company as on this date will be entitled to the dividend.
If approved at the 65th Annual General Meeting scheduled on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, the dividend payment will be made on or after Friday, August 14, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source.
