Petronet LNG Sets June 12 Record Date for ₹3 Final Dividend for FY26
New Delhi, June 1, 2026: Petronet LNG Limited has announced June 12, 2026, as the record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders to receive the proposed final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
In a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges on Monday, the company informed that its Board of Directors had earlier recommended a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for FY26. The recommendation was made during the Board meeting held on May 4, 2026.
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has fixed Friday, June 12, 2026, as the record date for identifying eligible shareholders who will be entitled to receive the dividend, subject to approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
According to the filing, if shareholders approve the proposed final dividend at the AGM, the dividend payment will be made within 30 days from the date of approval. The payout will be subject to applicable tax deductions at source (TDS) as per prevailing tax regulations.
The announcement has been communicated to both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), while copies have also been forwarded to the depositories and the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
