3. Educational Qualification

• Engineering Graduate / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant, OR

• Graduate / Post Graduate with MBA or PG Diploma in Management from a reputed institute.

4. Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years cumulative experience in the last 10 years in Finance / Business Development / Production / Operations / Marketing / Project Management in a large organization, OR

• 5 years in core HR/IR/Personnel + 3 years in the above functional areas.

Telecom sector leadership experience will be highly preferred.

5. Pay Scale Eligibility

Candidates should be working in equivalent or higher eligible pay scales as prescribed for different categories (CPSE, Central Govt, Banks, Armed Forces, etc.).
