GRSE has Paid Interim Dividend of Rs. 147.77 Crores for FY 2025-26
New Delhi/ Kolkata (02 Sep, 2026): Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE) Ltd., a Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has paid an interim dividend of Rs. 147.77 Crores for FY 2025-26 to its shareholders.
The Interim Dividend Cheque amounting to Rs. 110.09 Crore as the Government’s share was handed over to Hon’ble Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh, by Cmde PR Hari, IN (Retd), Chairman & Managing Director of GRSE Ltd. Kolkata, on 01 Sep 26 in New Delhi, in the presence of Shri Sanjay Seth, Hon’ble Raksha Rajya Mantri, Shri Sanjeev Kumar, Secretary (Defence Production) and Shri Niranjan Bhalerao, Director (Finance), GRSE.
GRSE has declared a total interim dividend of Rs. 12.90 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for FY 25-26 against Rs. 8.95 in FY 24-25. GRSE has been consistent in paying dividend to the Shareholders and has done so every year for the last 32 years. The company has an order book position of Rs.15,324 Crores as on 31 Mar 26.
