KMRL Recruitment 2026: Apply for GM and AGM Posts, Salary Up to Rs 2.8 Lakh
New Delhi: Kochi Metro Rail Limited has invited applications for multiple senior-level positions including General Manager (Operations & Maintenance), Additional General Manager (Design), and Additional General Manager (Projects).
The recruitment notification was released on May 20, 2026. Eligible candidates from Indian Railways, Rail PSUs, Metro Rail corporations, and related organizations can apply on regular or deputation basis.
KMRL, a 50:50 joint venture of the Government of India and Government of Kerala, is currently operating the Kochi Metro network from Aluva to Thripunithura and is executing Phase II from JLN Stadium to Kakkanad Info Park.

Eligibility
For GM (Operations & Maintenance):

B.E./B.Tech in Engineering

Minimum 20 years of experience in Operations, Maintenance, Signalling, Rolling Stock, or Metro/Railway sectors

Maximum age: 55 years
For AGM (Design) and AGM (Projects):
-
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Minimum 17 years of experience in Railway/Metro viaducts, bridges, structural design, or civil projects

Maximum age: 50 years
Preference will be given to candidates with Metro Rail and Railway experience.
