Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has announced recruitment for Fixed Term Employees (FTEs) at its Advanced Training Institute (ATI) in Goa, inviting applications from experienced professionals in hospitality and specialized training roles.
The ATI Goa facility is a major training hub that delivers high-risk operational and safety programs such as Sea Survival Training, Oil Spill Response, and Offshore Platform Helideck Fire Safety training for ONGC personnel and professionals from various industries.
To maintain high standards in hospitality and operational services, ONGC is hiring professionals for supervisory positions in catering, housekeeping, concierge services, and technical training roles.

1. Head – Catering

Experience: Minimum 7 years in the service industry, including 2 years in food & beverage services in a 3-star or higher hotel/resort
2. Head – Housekeeping
