MTNL Trading Window to Close from April 1, 2026 Ahead of FY26 Results
New Delhi, March 5, 2026: Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) has announced the closure of its trading window starting April 1, 2026, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations on insider trading.
The company informed both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
Reason for Trading Window Closure
The restriction has been imposed ahead of the consideration and approval of MTNL’s Audited Annual Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year 2025–26.

Who Cannot Trade

The notice was issued by Company Secretary Ratan Mani Sumit from the company’s registered office in New Delhi.
