New Delhi, March 2026: RITES Limited, a Navratna CPSU under the Ministry of Railways, has announced recruitment of Engineering Professionals on a contract basis through interview for deployment at various project sites in Gujarat.

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years, with at least 5 years in Program/Project Management or TPI of WSS/STP/UGD

  • Degrees must be recognized by AICTE or equivalent

  • Training, internships, PhD research, or teaching periods not counted towards experience

  • SC/ST: 5 years

  • OBC-NCL: 3 years

  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years (in addition to category-based relaxations)

  • Reservation/concessions as per Government of India rules

Selection Process

  • Weightage: Technical & Professional proficiency – 65%; Personality, Communication & Competency – 35%

  • Minimum qualifying marks: UR/EWS – 60%; SC/ST/OBC/PwBD – 50%
